As it stood, Kawasaki’s customer loyalty '“program” was a lifeless little card. It looked and felt like nothing. We needed to elevate its existence and make ROK be something riders needed to be a part of. We turned it into a celebration of life on two wheels. UGC was curated and utilized across channels. A portion of KAWASAKI.COM became a content hub where images and stories were collected.
